Fáykiss Péter

Peter Faykiss, PhD Director, International Business Development, HOLD Asset Management Ltd. Associate Professor and Head of FinTech, AI and Digitalization Institute, Budapest Metropolitan University Peter Faykiss is the Director of International Business Development at the HOLD Asset Management Ltd., he joined the company in 2024. He is also active in the academic field as Associate Professor and Head of FinTech, AI and digitalization Institute at Budapest Metropolitan University. Before entering the digital finance area, he gained experience in f inancial stability, financial regulation (Basel III) and macroprudential policy. In 2014 he was appointed as the Head of Macroprudential Policy Department of the MNB, from 2017 he served as the Director of Macroprudential Directorate and from 2019 as the Director of Digitalization Directorate. Mr. Faykiss graduated in 2009 from Corvinus University of Budapest and he holds a PhD in Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest. Mr. Faykiss is active in the FinTech/Startup area, and he participated in the MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program in 2022-23.
