Réka Bittera is the founder and communication expert at The Good Persona Agency. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, PR, and social media, she has led campaigns for global brands such as Uber and Lightyear. For Réka, organic growth and community building are key elements, both in the operation of her own agency and in collaboration with her partners. Previously, as a co-founder of Briefly, they built a freelance base of over 4,000 members and developed a SaaS software for agencies to work more efficiently with freelancers.
